One Blackfriars

Blackfriars was a complex project comprising of 3 buildings. One of which is a 50-storey residential tower with jump form core. It had post tensioned RC slabs. Another a 6-storey hotel with post tensioned RC slabs and two RC cores. Finally, the 3rd, a 2 storey leisure centre with RC slabs and three RC cores.
It is informally known as The Vase due its shape.
The development is made up of a 52-storey tower of a maximum height of 170 m and two smaller buildings of six and four storeys respectively.
