Design and build of a three-storey office block, consisting of ground works, reinforced concrete frame and on pad and raft foundations, with a sloping standing seam roof. The external facades of the building include smooth textured facing architectural masonry and split face finishes. External landscaping includes a series of pathways, a reinforced lawn and planted areas.
