The transformation of the British landmark BBC Television Centre includes development of two large blocks by Byrne Bros.
Block B: The existing central Helios building. The rear facade where the existing studios (Future Block C) will be demolished and the existing superstructure floors extended.
The eight floor extension will be constructed with a steel frame. Two Jumpformed cores will be constructed. The iconic listed Block B building around the Helios Statue will contain new apartments and penthouses.

Block C: Will replace existing studios by a curved reinforced concrete 8 storey apartment building with two basement levels.
It will have five jumpformed cores. The new crescent-shaped building Block C is made up of apartments and penthouses with gardens or balconies overlooking Hammersmith Park or facing new private courtyard gardens.
