In partnership with the Carbon Trust, Stanhope and Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Ellmer have completed work on one of their ‘low carbon workplace’ projects, Carter Lane, in the heart of the City of London.
The refurbishment works of the five storey commercial office building included, strip out, structural alteration, façade works and the addition of an extra floor.
Ellmer completed the Low Carbon Workplace office fit-out.
The project has received the Gold Award in the city of London Considerate Contractors Scheme.
Subsequently the office was fitted out to a CAT A standard, including lift refurbishment, reception reconfiguration and fit-out.
