The interior of the building was constructed to a high standard. Mechanical and electrical installations included a high standard of domestic and specialist installations, including a steam room and sauna. Works consisted of a number of ancillary buildings, a home office, extensive hard and soft landscaping including access road, footpaths, planting, boundary fencing, walls and water features.
