Byrne Bros. has been awarded Project Iodine – Unity Place, a new office development which will serve as a Digital Hub for Santander in Milton Keynes.

The structure Byrne Bros. are delivering consists of double basement and 8 floor levels, an area of 16,000m2 to ground level and approximately 7,000m2 from level one to level eight. There are 4 major stair/lift cores within the building which will be constructed by jump form.

The development will be Santander’s new UK Head Office and will accommodate 5000 workstations, and in excess of 6000 employees.

The footprint of the site where the building is located is 21,000m2 in total.
