The Principal Place Commercial development project is located on the boundary between Shoreditch and the City of London. The works included construction of a complex architecturally finished reinforced concrete basement structure, including a future box to accommodate an additional 2 railway lines serving Liverpool St Station and a large slipformed core, 17 storeys in height, was constructed at the centre of the project including precast stairs and significant steelwork embed plates.
