New Street Square

London, EC4

City Centre complex located between High Holborn and directly opposite St Paul’s, of five buildings is set on a plaza with a new two level basement with difficult interfaces.

Foundations are piled with reinforced concrete slabs and perimeter sheet piled and reinforced concrete walls. The frames are 10-17 storey reinforced concrete structures with extensive use of post tensioned slabs and high strength concrete especially with vertical elements. The central cores were slip-formed to enable faster delivery of the tight construction programme.
