The project is comprised of a 12 storey City of London office building with two additional plant levels at roof level and two also at basement level. 

The structure consists of a concrete basement raft with two concrete slip form cores. The superstructure is a steel frame with metal decking and normal weight concrete to form the floor plates.

There are two internal precast stairs in both cores and external roof stair which have heated water pumped through plastic pipes within the concrete to eliminate frost and snow.
