Fit out and structural alterations to an existing empty shell retail unit to provide a new Marks and Spencer store.

The works included the creation of general merchandising areas; café and foodhall; back of house areas; shop fronts and signage; associated services works comprising escalators, passenger lift, two goods lifts, mechanical and electrical services including roof top plant.
