Lakeside Shopping Centre

Ellmer have worked at Lakeside since 2001 and have completed numerous projects including a new food court and exceptional toilet facilities.

The Mall Refurbishment Project was completed with the Centre remaining in occupation in a joint venture with Galliford Try.

These works included structural alterations, re-shaping of voids and atrium, widening lightwells, new services and public systems, new ceilings and floor tile finishes and new escalator areas completed by the replacement of existing lifts.
