The scheme comprises the alteration and refurbishment of the property both internally and externally to provide luxury apartments on the upper floors and restaurant on the ground floor.

The existing roof configuration was removed and a new mansard roof installed to match the original roof design and is more in-keeping with the surrounding area.

The right hand side of the building in Green Street had the most structural alterations with new external walls and retained front elevation.
