Ellmer were tasked with the reconfiguration and fit out of 985no. one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses. With an emphasis on quality as well as delivery, our works exceeded the demands of the Client.
Each apartment was designed to be sustainable from the use of energy-efficient technologies, to water recycling.
East Village was the conversion of the Athletes Village following the Olympic Games in 2012, into homes with 30% affordable housing.
