We completed the complex structural refurbishment of two adjoining buildings on Duke Street and Binney Street for Grosvenor West End Properties, created 5 retail units and 16 luxury apartments.

Works included the complete strip out of two Grade II listed buildings, followed by extensive structural alteration and additions, full services replacement and bespoke fit out to luxury standards. 

The luxury apartments have been fitted out with high quality fixtures, fitting and finishes to ensure that their quality integrated with the listed features.
