Ellmer were involved in the design, construction, refurbishment and fit out at 9 Charles Street, set in the heart of Mayfair. Works included a passenger lift to all floors, state-of-the-art technology and an integrated high-security system with video entry to both the main house and mews.

The main house impresses with its spectacular two storey reception hall and grand sweeping staircase. In addition to the drawing room, the formal first floor dining room and the media room, there is an enormous kitchen/dining/family room.
