A high quality project in the heart of Mayfair at 14 Carlos Place. The project, situated directly adjacent to the Connaught Hotel, comprised the demolition of the existing fifth floor and two storey rear mansard followed by a bespoke fit-out to create four luxury apartments in the heart of Mayfair.
The development included the creation of a sunken roof garden as part of the upper level duplex apartment, a rear extension at third and fourth floors and infilling to an internal light well.
A trading art gallery at ground and basement levels, together with occupied residences directly adjacent, dictated a proactive approach to site husbandry.
