The project was a new commercial office tower of 23 stories. It consisted of a basement level, promenade level, double entrance lobby, and double height plant room at level 12, 20 office floors and a further two plant rooms on the top.

The Byrne Bros. scope was to work from the existing piled raft foundation slab and to construct the reinforced core, basement and promenade levels continuing with the concrete on metal deck following the steel frame erection.
