Redevelopment of the arrangement of retail outlets, retail malls, car parking and conferencing / banqueting facilities into retail and circulation space as well as the extension and upgrade of existing retail areas.

All of the works were carried out in the area known as RT1 West & Cabot Hall, which are to the west of the Canary Wharf Estate between the Canary Wharf Docklands Light Railway Station and Cabot Square, and contained within the North & South Colonnade areas.
