Project 1 - The reconfiguration of escalators serving the lower ground and ground floors including structural works to form suspended escalator pits and the escalator landing points with associated fit out / services / balustrades.

Project 2 - Infilling two floors of the central atrium of the store to provide additional trading areas at ground and first floors. Works included extensive structural works around the central space including the existing escalators and lifts, fit out works to the new space; flooring; ceiling; balustrades and associated services.

Project 3 - Infilling another floor at level 2 of the store to provide additional trading area in a similar manner to the previous project plus the additional aspect of installing two new escalators from level 2 to level 3.
