Sea Container House

Byrne Group has recently completed the Sea Containers House project under a Design and Construct Contract where the brief was to completely revitalise a 1970's landmark riverside building.

The works consisted of the re-modelling of the existing structure, including over cladding, to form high quality Cat A office accommodation, a four star 356 bedroom boutique hotel and retail space.

A new courtyard office block consisting of a steel framed, concrete core structure rising from the ground floor Podium to Level 8 has created new office space. The Cat A space is currently receiving a Cat A to Cat B fit-out on the upper office floors.
