Mehmet Osmanoglu NOT Byrne Group owner

It has been brought to the attention of Byrne Group that a number of companies and individuals located in Turkey have been approached by a person called ‘Mehmet Osmanoglu’ who is claiming to be the owner of Byrne Group.

The claims are false and ‘Mehmet Osmanoglu’ has NO connection or ownership involvement with either Byrne Group or any subsidiary.

The incidents of false claims have been reported to Action Fraud and the Turkish Embassy in London.

The Turkish Embassy in London has told Byrne Group that there have been previous incidents of similar types of fraud. The fraudster offers the opportunity of a business relationship and/or work, invites the companies/individuals to the UK, then requests money from the companies/individuals for a UK visa application and stops the correspondence after receiving the money.
