Completion of Carter Lane

Ellmer have completed the ‘Low Carbon Workplace’ office fit-out for Stanhope on Carter Lane.

In partnership with the Carbon Trust, Stanhope, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Ellmer have completed works on one of their ‘low carbon workplace’ projects, Carter Lane in the heart of the City of London.

The refurbishment works of the five storey commercial office building included, strip out, structural alteration, façade works and the addition of an extra floor.

Subsequently the office was fitted out to a CAT A standard, including lift refurbishment, reception reconfiguration and fit-out.

Carter Lane has received the Gold Award in the city of London Considerate Contractors Scheme.
