Carter Lane has been awarded City of London Considerate Contractor Gold Award

Ellmer is proud to announce that Carter Lane has received the GOLD AWARD in the city of London Considerate Contractors Scheme. We would like to take this opportunity to say well done to Mark Sellars and the team.

The award ceremony will be held at theDraper’s Hall on 20th May 2016.

The works at Carter Lane include the strip out of all plant, floors, ceilings and internal partitions and subsequent CAT A fit out of commercial offices to 30 000sqft. New additional roof space is to be built with re-configuration of main reception and all floors. Externally, refurbishment of all brick,stone and windows. Lift refurbishment to2no. passenger lifts from basement to rooflevel with extension into new roof area.
