The Byrne Group, together with Bryden Wood, has founded a new company: Integrated Building Products (IBP).
IBP specialises in the design, production, assembly and installation of factory-manufactured building components and structures, with an emphasis on low embodied and reduced productive carbon structures. Offering intelligent solutions and delivering improved programmes while reducing cost and risk, BIM is used to generate and manage data throughout a building’s entire lifecycle – from inception, through construction, to demolition and recycling.
IBP General Manager, John Lohan, said: “From new build to refurbishment, we have created a comprehensive catalogue of components that can be integrated to create a wide range of assembles, which in turn, these assembles integrate to create efficient, high-quality building solutions.” Tried and tested in the aviation, commercial, education, healthcare, hotel and leisure, pharmaceuticals, residential and retail sectors, clients from BAA to Sainsbury’s have already experienced the benefits offered by this system.
