Byrne Group appoints Daren Harris as Finance Director

Daren Harris has been appointed finance director of Byrne Group. 

Daren joined Byrne Group from NG Bailey at the beginning of November, where he was group finance director and takes over from Philip Wainwright who has been acting as interim finance director. 

Reporting to Michael Byrne, group chief executive, Daren assumes responsibility for finance, information technology and Company secretarial activities at Byrne Group companies. 

Daren is a chartered accountant and, in addition to his role at NG Bailey, has held senior financial management positions with USA-owned defence contractor, Raytheon Systems and Serco, the British outsourcing company.
