Last year whilst at university I realised that the course I was on was not for me and after much thought and deliberation, I decided to take a step back and re-evaluate what career path was right for me. I have previously worked for Ellmer as an Engineers Assistant/Document Controller at Project Jeannie so I have gained a little insight into how the company works and some of the people that I find myself working with again.
I enjoy the fact that the construction industry is fast paced, every day is different with new challenges!
I am in my first year sponsored by the Company with LSBU on a Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying) Degree and I am looking forward to the challenges that this will bring.
Ellmer has some great people working within the company, who mentor and support you, and I hope I can benefit from their vast experience whilst working towards my professional qualification. I really value that Ellmer and its personnel are willing to take the time to make an investment in my development and future.
If I was boss for the day I would like everyone to join in on a team bonding session, with such great personalities it would be bound to be a success!
