SCOPE OF WORK

A comprehensive refurbishment project in a listed building, included a new copper roof, removal of existing walls and slabs to alter floor levels. Installation of new stand alone services – with intelligent lighting and provision of new IT infrastructure within the classrooms; new kitchens and conversion of Parliamentary Offices into state of the art classrooms. Works also included construction of a new staircase that had to comply with English Heritage standards and be sympathetically incorporated into the building fabric.
