SCOPE OF WORK

Work was carried out over two upper floors to provide the shell of the new hotel accommodation. The works were carried out while the hotel continued to operate.

The project included pouring the structural concrete slabs, screeding and construction of external blockwork walls. External walls were then rendered and a glazed tile was applied to finish. Ornate cornices and window surrounds were also used.
