SCOPE OF WORK

The Exchange and Bridgehouse form and integral part of the regeneration of Croydon's 'Old Town Centre'.

Formerly the site of a telephone exchange, The Exchange has been converted for residential use and affords 66 private apartments and ground floor retail units.

Demolition of the existing Bridgehouse and construction of a new building comprising of 144 separate units that provides a further 75 apartments and retail space, plus a landscaped piazza and theatre.
