SCOPE OF WORK

The project included the fit-out and refurbishment contract of 181 guest rooms, full ground floor area refurbishment, common areas, corridors, lightwell repairs and new services infrastructure. Works were completed on a fast track, phased handover programme whilst the hotel remained occupied and operational.
