SCOPE OF WORK

The works incorporated were the remodeling of the building to include additional lift; removal of existing rooftop plant room; construction of a new eighth floor and rooftop plant room; removal and replacement of all windows; installation of complete new M&E plant, including installation of roof mounted chillers and AHU’s; installation of false ceilings and raised floors; fully fitted toilets with laminate panels and installation of three new lifts. Floors finished to Category A standard for letting, including the reception and toilets.
