SCOPE OF WORK

Ellmer Construction carried out the extension and alteration of the pavilion leisure area, including finishes and restoration of the clock tower at the National Trust owned Clivedon Hotel.

Carrying out work on such a site meant that a sympathetic approach to works was adopted, taking into consideration the buildings listed status and the impact risk may have on the environment.

Ellmer used the traditional skills of directly employed tradesmen, together with carefully selected specialists to ensure the project was delivered to the highest of standards.

This project led to further partnership and to this day we continue to undertake projects for the Architects and Quantity Surveyors.
