SCOPE OF WORK

We have completed work at 109 branches throughout the South East of England with a combined value in excess of £12M. We were appointed as framework contractor for the roll out programme of work, to refurbish NatWest and RBS branches. Site specific work will include new construction, repairs, refurbishment, alterations and associated fit out. All works were carried out outside of normal working hours, as the banks remain open and operational throughout the programme of works.
 
Values ranged from £20,000 Cosmetic Improvement Projects through to £1m branch refurbishments such as Nat West Hammersmith and Putney. Average programme duration was five weeks
