SCOPE OF WORK

Design and build conversion of an existing office block into 113 apartments and communal areas were completed in Norbury. The project consisted of the demolition and removal of existing concrete and brick cladding, complete internal strip out to reveal the existing concrete frame, re-cladding to all elevations, the addition of balconies, construction of an additional floor on the existing roof including all new M&E services, lifts, new staircases, plant new hard and soft landscaping including resurfacing of the car park area.
