SCOPE OF WORK

The project included the full refurbishment of 140 guestrooms between the 2nd and 6th floors with new furniture, fixtures and equipment throughout. Works also included the refurbishment of all common areas including new stone finishes to the ground floor; refurbishment of conference suites with fully integrated AV facilities and operable walls and a new reception area. New capital plant including boiler, calorifiers and water tanks were installed with new service risers throughout. The hotel remained fully operational over the 36 week duration with a 28 guestrooms per week handover rate at peak.
