SCOPE OF WORK

The Highbury Square is the final phase of the redevelopment of the former home to  Arsenal FC, Highbury stadium.

The fa?es of the old east and west Stands have been retained and between them will be an open courtyard, approximating to the former football pitch area, overlooked by apartments. There will be six structural levels including a secure underground car park for resident's cars.

An early decision was taken to use a slip form system to construct the 14 critical cores; the remaining 18 cores will be constructed using a traditional floor-by-floor method.
